The PeakTech 5135 is a digital thermometer in a modern and handy design with 3 1/2-digit, max. 1999, function symbols and backlight, which offers a fast response time and high accuracy. The measuring function is realized by a type K thermocouple, which offers a resolution of 0.1 ° and is very versatile. Optimal areas of application are e.g. Refrigeration-air conditioning, food production and storage, agriculture, chemistry and industry.
